Faster quotes start with better references

A phone photo and a tape measure can answer most of our first questions.

You do not need a site survey for every small project. These simple references help us understand scale and quote more efficiently.

Truck or van

  • Take a straight-on photo of each side receiving graphics.
  • Include the full vehicle in the frame.
  • Send the year, make and model.
  • If matching an existing fleet, photograph the existing vehicle too.
  • Note any body damage, old adhesive or graphics that must be removed.

Replacement sign insert

  • Photograph the full frame or sign system.
  • Measure the visible opening and, if possible, the actual removable insert.
  • Include a close-up showing how the panel is retained.
  • Put a tape measure in one photo when you are unsure where the measurement starts.

Window or door

  • Photograph the whole pane as square to the glass as possible.
  • Measure width and height of the glass area.
  • Note mullions, handles, locks, frames or obstructions.
  • Tell us whether the graphic is read from outside, inside, or both.

Wall

  • Photograph the whole wall and adjacent features.
  • Measure overall width and height.
  • Show outlets, switches, trim, doors, windows and furniture that affect the graphic.
  • Tell us whether the wall is painted drywall, block, brick, paneling or another surface.
Approximate measurements are fine for the first conversation. We will tell you when exact production measurements or an on-site check are required.
